To continuously provide excellent service we need to be able to balance our emotions. We cannot control all the variables in our environment. We are unsure of the issues faced by our clients and how that interaction will impact the service provider or the customer. We need to be able to recover and move ahead with the day effectively. This course provides guidelines on how to do this. You will also receive suggested actions/activities you can use to maintain the positive attitude you need to perform at the highest level.
